ホルモン屋とは思えない雰囲気と綺麗な店内、店員さんもフレンドリーでした。

むかしステーキを食べた記憶が蘇り、以前はステーキ・ハンバーグの店舗かお聞きしたら、オーナーチェンジして秩父ホルモン店になったそうです。

MIXホルモン、レバー、カシラ等を食べましたが、肉質は良かったです。

無煙ロースターでほぼスモークも無く、服や身体に匂いが付きづらいのが良いですね。

ただ、この無煙ロースターは両サイド縦に熱源が有り、焼き網がU字に湾曲した中央が低い丸棒タイプなので、ホルモンの場合火力の強い外側に肉を置いても中央に滑り落ちやすいです。

ホルモン等は網の隙間から滑り落ちやすく、やはり碁盤の目状の網が良いと思いました。

I remembered eating steak there a long time ago, so I asked if it used to be a steak and hamburger restaurant, and they said it had changed ownership and become a Chichibu horumon restaurant.
