前回秩父夜祭りの時に昼営業していた秩父神社裏のまる助に向かったものの、2日の昼営業は無し。

大通りから焼肉の匂いが漂い、その方へ向かうとこの店舗を発見しました(笑)

ホルモン屋とは思えない雰囲気と綺麗な店内、店員さんもフレンドリーでした。

むかしステーキを食べた記憶が蘇り、以前はステーキ・ハンバーグの店舗かお聞きしたら、オーナーチェンジして秩父ホルモン店になったそうです。

MIXホルモン、レバー、カシラ等を食べましたが、肉質は良かったです。

無煙ロースターでほぼスモークも無く、服や身体に匂いが付きづらいのが良いですね。

ただ、この無煙ロースターは両サイド縦に熱源が有り、焼き網がU字に湾曲した中央が低い丸棒タイプなので、ホルモンの場合火力の強い外側に肉を置いても中央に滑り落ちやすいです。

ホルモン等は網の隙間から滑り落ちやすく、やはり碁盤の目状の網が良いと思いました。

祭り価格なのか判りませんが、大衆焼肉ホルモンとしてはお値段高めで、この点のみ評価を下げました(^_^;)
