届いたら美味しく召し上がっていただけるように
丁寧に下処理をしている為
年齢層問わず
噛み切れるホルモン
提供しております😊

ホルモンが苦手なお客様には
牛肉もございます！
牛肉は業者さんと話をして
ベストなお肉を
仕入れさせていただいております✨

脂が多すぎず少なすぎ
お肉の味わいがしっかり残るように
心がけております😊

畜産農家さんが
大切に育てた牛や豚を
丁寧に下処理をして
お客様にお届けしています🙇‍♂️

お肉の仕込みや準備を一緒にしていただける

We look forward to welcoming you from lunch service!

Our horumon (offal) is sourced directly from a slaughterhouse where the owner previously worked.
Once it arrives, we carefully prepare and clean each cut so that it’s tender and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age 😊

For customers who are not fond of horumon, we also offer a selection of beef!
We work closely with our suppliers to carefully select the best quality meat ✨

We aim to provide cuts that are not too fatty and not too lean, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the meat 😊

The cattle and pigs are raised with great care by livestock farmers,
and we prepare them with respect and attention before serving them to our customers 🙇‍♂️

We are currently looking for staff to help with meat preparation and kitchen setup!

Positions are available for both lunch and dinner shifts,
so if you’re even a little interested, please feel free to contact us 🙇‍♂️
