This dish in the photo is pork tongue, inspired by Chichibu’s famous Waraji Katsu! 🐷✨

It’s a new way of serving hormone (offal).
We’ve recreated the impressive size of the katsu by grilling a whole pork tongue.
This allows you to fully enjoy its unique crunchy texture and juiciness.

It’s available in limited quantities, so if you’ve got room in your stomach, please give it a try 🙇‍♂️
The portion is a little more than enough for two people, so it’s quite filling!

We serve it during both lunch and dinner, so please ask our staff if you’d like to order 🙇‍♂️
